We would like to inform our customers that on 16 May 17 at the headquarters of our company has carried out the audit procedure Smeta which ended with a positive result.
SMETA (SEDEX Professional Ethics Audit) is a standard used in ethical audits. The SMETA audit is based on the ETI Base Code (Ethical Trading Initiative’s Code of Ethical Conduct), which covers environmental, health and safety aspects in the workplace as well as work ethics and work standards. The ETI Code was established by the International Labor Organization (ILO) on the basis of working procedures.
The SMETA procedure is based on the ETI Base Code (Ethical Trading Initiative’s Code of Ethics). SMETA covers 4 areas: employment conditions, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and responsible ways of doing business.
